Before I start working you must deposit 50 % of the total value of the request, once you send the deposit number and it is verified, I will start working on your request.
I prefer Photoshop, that’d make things easier, but you also can send the files through jpg or png. However, there are some designs that for its complexity need to be sent through Photoshop. If you have any problem and do not know what file is better do not hesitate to send the design, I will get in contact with you and look for the best solution.

Once I receive your design, I will study it and will make all the necessary questions in order to start working. In a matter of hours your design will be completely ready. Usually, it doesn`t take more than 3 or 4 days. If there are some inconveniences during the process I will let you know.
Definitively, you will have all the necessary services to correct mistakes that could come up unexpectedly, without any extra charge.
I do not have any interest to copy your designs neither showing them, all your files are confidential. I will be in touch with a lawyer who will write a privacy contract. This contract is legal and can have penal consequences.
I will be working on the weekends for nine months, starting from April 1st until December 1st.
If definitively the fault is mine, I do not meet the deadlines or do not follow your instructions; all the money you have deposited will be returned.
